De Italiaanse coureur Francesco Bagnaia zegevierde in de Grand Prix van de Nederlandse MotoGP. Zijn landgenoot Marco Bezzecchi eindigde als tweede. Met deze overwinning vergrootte Bagnaia zijn voorsprong aan de top van het kampioenschap voor de zomerstop. De derde plaats ging naar de Spanjaard Aleix Espargaró, die het podium haalde nadat de Zuid-Afrikaan Brad Binder werd bestraft.
